Mother’s Day

Never have I seen a human being as beautiful as a mother with a new baby in her arms, nor have I seen someone stronger, than someone who has endured giving life, or endured having a life taken from them, or that was willing to fight to the end, if need be, to protect their family.

Strength comes in many forms: suffering hardships through thick and thin, bearing the burdens of those who were or are unable, or being able to tell someone when it’s time to let go, even when you didn’t want to. A mothers strength seems to know no bounds, but it doesn’t mean she is invincible, even if it seems that way.

Thanks, Mom, for everything.

And thanks to all those who bring us into this world, do their best to guide us, even when there are times that we don’t necessarily deserve it.

Happy Mother’s Day.
